So Ive heard....
the people telling me

over and over again

reminders and suggestions

,the post-it's on my window

that block my view,

[the pile of broken posts blocking my train of thought upon a track].

Well, no one knows its structure better than me.

What they say-

(I'm sure you've heard)

companionship will bring happiness...

Have you ever seen the way

a light surges through a bulb;

an exciting glow

an exploding rush of adrenaline.

Far too much, a fuse was built.

sad? No! controlled....

Perhaps if only they would understand.

The pain of a heartstop after a heartbeat is too unbearable.

The burn of a flame gone out. a candle left stumped.

That is my discouragement.
